Accessing the Customer Portal

1. Log In to Your Account:

  • Visit the rentA website and log into your account by entering your credentials.

2. Navigate to Your Profile:

  • Once logged in, click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the page.

3. Access Payment Options:

  • In the dropdown menu under your profile, select “Payments.” This will direct you to the payment management section of the customer portal.

Editing a Payment Method

1. Select the Payment Method:

  • In the payments section, you’ll see a list of your saved payment methods. Select the payment method you wish to edit.

2. Make Necessary Changes:

  • Update the relevant details such as the card number, expiration date, or billing address. Make sure all information is accurate to ensure seamless transaction processing.

3. Save Changes:

  • After making the necessary updates, click “Save” or “Update” to apply the changes. Confirm that your updates have been saved successfully.

Adding a New Payment Method

1. Go to Add Payment Method:

  • In the payment section, find and click on the “Add Payment Method” button.

2. Enter Payment Details:

  • Fill in the details of the new payment method, including card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.

3. Confirm and Save:

  • Review the details to ensure they are correct, then click “Save” to add the new payment method to your account.

Removing a Payment Method

1. Select the Payment Method to Remove:

  • Find the payment method you wish to remove from the list of saved methods.

2. Remove Payment Method:

  • Click on the “Remove” or “Delete” option next to the payment method. You might be asked to confirm your choice.

3. Confirm Removal:

  • Confirm the removal if prompted. Ensure that you have another payment method available if you are currently using a subscription service to avoid interruptions.
