Your Choices

  • Keep: After completing your subscription period, you can opt to continue your subscription at the same monthly rate.

  • Upgrade: After completing your subscription period, you can keep your device and extend your plan. This allows you to continue using the device you love while enjoying a lower monthly rate.

  • Return: Upon completing your subscription period and returning your device, we'll automatically cancel your subscription. This means you'll no longer be charged for the device.

    Return Process

  • We'll contact you 5 days before your subscription ends to arrange the return of your devices. At this time, you can inform us whether you'd like to keep, upgrade, or return the device.

  • We'll request an address and pickup time for the device. The pickup must be scheduled within 48 hours. If you fail to return the device, we'll assume you've decided to keep it. In case of both payment and return failure, you'll be charged the full market price of the device.

  • Please ensure the device is returned in the same condition you received it from rentA. If any accessories or packaging are missing, we'll contact you to request these items. Failure to return missing items will result in additional charges. This policy helps us maintain these devices in pristine condition for our next customers
